Audit inquiries go by email. A useful inquiry contains three things:

A short stack summary
Your cloud provider and regions, your AI providers, and roughly how AI features touch customer data. Three to five sentences is enough; the audit will map the details.

Team size and stage
How many people, and whether you are answering a live procurement request or preparing ahead of one. This determines pacing.

The question that triggered the search
If a buyer questionnaire, DPO review, or security review prompted this, quote the exact question. The fastest audits start from the question that must be answered.
